This episode was recorded back in February, which seems like a lifetime ago at this point, so please forgive what might sound like a blatant disregard for the state of affairs today. However, as I listened back to my interview with Dave Gerry in the context of this uncertain environment, I was reminded of the hallmarks of great leadership and why it's more important now, more than ever before, to choose the right leaders for your team. And why, if you're a sales candidate, you have to remember that YOU must choose the right leaders to follow. David is the epitome of the right leader to follow.
